We present a data-driven approach to recommending academic majors and career options to students based on validated personality-trait measures. By combining Big Five trait scores with labor-market and academic-success data, the system surfaces tailored, evidence-backed pathways — particularly useful for first-generation students who lack informal mentorship networks.
